Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and GridIQ (“GridIQ,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of our website and fantasy-football tools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What GridIQ is

GridIQ is an independent research, ranking, and draft-preparation tool for Sleeper fantasy-football leagues, including AI-generated insights. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. GridIQ does not facilitate wagering and is not gambling, betting, or financial advice. Fantasy outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any result.

GridIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, the National Football League (NFL), or any team, player, or league. All third-party names, marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. By using GridIQ you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You can use much of GridIQ as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data except as expressly permitted;
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
• Circumvent usage limits, security, or access controls; or
• Misuse another person’s information or impersonate others.

5. Third-party data and services

GridIQ relies on third-party services and data, including publicly available data from Sleeper’s API and analysis from our AI provider. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of third parties. Your use of connected services is also subject to their terms. Data shown in GridIQ (rankings, projections, ADP, statuses, and similar) may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

6. AI-generated content

Features that produce AI analysis generate output automatically. This output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional, financial, or betting advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service.

7. Paid plans and payments

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, billing frequency, and what each plan includes are shown at checkout, and payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method.

• A season pass grants access through the applicable fantasy season as described at checkout. A subscription renews automatically for successive periods until you cancel.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
• Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change prospectively, and any change will be disclosed before it applies to you.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of the rankings, notes, and other content you create in GridIQ. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to sync your Board across your devices).

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the GridIQ name and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or create derivative works from the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or AI output will be accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GridIQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or fantasy outcomes, arising from your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GridIQ harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual-property terms) will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.
